Very convenient and practical. I carry my laptop, laptop charger, power bank, 3-5 food containers and 2 cups. and I'm 7 months pregnant and I'm running 2 miles in this backpack! Shoulders don't hurt at all. It ends up distributing the weight so I don't even feel the heaviness of what's inside! And I walked in the pouring rain before I put it on and no rainwater came out at all! Lots of space and pockets inside too! I'm really surprised how good it is for the price!
