When I first bought this I used it maybe a day in a row and it was really good. I mean, everything was working properly and as it should, so I assumed I didn't have to care. I didn't touch it until yesterday (a little over a month later) and noticed that it would change from a very bright red to a rich green and back from when it used to be a bunch of colors. So I took out the fibers (they are attached to the white container that holds them together) and left them on and found it was a red thing (sorry I don't know what it's called but there are 3 of them, one green, one red, and the other one I don't know because it doesn't glow anymore, I guess that's how it changed colors and made other colors) worked and the green one worked, but one was completely dead. Well I was sad about it, I won't lie, it was always on my desk, never dropped or anything, I even changed the batteries but it stayed that way. Lots of people have had good experiences with it so I figured maybe I was just unlucky so I gave it a 3/5 star rating as a gift.
