Have never written negative reviews. This product is absolutely the worst. At first three parts were missing. PART D, PART H and a pack of screws. Maybe I should have checked all the details before I started assembling, but I didn't. Then, after assembling it, I read that the device needs to be fixed to the wall. The description doesn't say so. So I think that's rubbish. The way the parts were in the box I wasn't planning on, it was time to disassemble the outer packaging (probably in two boxes) and send it back. Just write off the $37 waste. Let's see how the company reacts. If I could rate the experience a negative number of stars I would. Just to interact again. I receive over 100 shipments a year from Revain and this is the first negative review.
