GreenForest may promise customers an exceptional shopping experience, but in my experience with the business, I found that my expectations were not even close to being met. In spite of the fact that their team of specialists is supposed to be dedicated to supporting customers, in practice they are unresponsive and unable to provide assistance. Another disappointing aspect of their merchandise is their poor quality. The majority of the furnishings and accents are of subpar quality and do not have the necessary durability to withstand regular use. The fact that some of the items arrived damaged or in pieces contributed to the general frustrating and time-consuming nature of the shopping experience. GreenForest has not made any noticeable efforts to lessen the negative effect that they have on the environment, despite the fact that they claim to be sustainable. It is concerning that many of their products are manufactured from materials that are not sustainable, especially in light of the ongoing climate crisis around the world. The entirety of my time spent with GreenForest was less than satisfying, and as a result, I am unable to endorse the business to others. Their lack of dedication to providing good customer service and being environmentally responsible, combined with the low quality of their products, makes them a less-than-ideal option for anyone who is interested in purchasing home furnishings and accents.
