Review on Xerox 108R00724 Phaser 8560MFP Magenta by Sean Castator

I have an extra supply of ink so it often sits in my drawer for several months before I unpack each ink block. One of the three in this package is defective and cannot be used. I contacted the seller when I opened it and saw the problem. I have asked for a replacement but would be happy with a partial loan. Here is her answer. I am trying to find a way to contact Revain regarding this as it has been over 30 days since I placed my order. I did not find it, so I write here. The outer packaging was not damaged - everything arrived fine, but the ink inside the packaging was broken in two. If you contact them, they can get a credit for a unit that was damaged in shipment. I don't think we have any extra units, they all come in a box of 3. Sorry, hope you solve your problem, thanks rescuer
