Ink received with a different product number which should also work. The ink spilled in the printer and the dice don't fit as tightly as the ones I had before. We will see if the print quality changes or negatively affects the functionality of the print. Information that a substitute is being used, even if it works, must be made available to end users. It is almost impossible to remove the dice once inserted.

This is exactly the same product you would buy from Xerox but it saves you money. A really important comment - since I usually only load it once a year or so (yes, that's one of the joys of solid ink printers) I forgot I had to turn it on its head. That seems to be on its head - it was a frustrating few minutes and then embarrassing I recalled. :) Enjoy savings.

I have an extra supply of ink so it often sits in my drawer for several months before I unpack each ink block. One of the three in this package is defective and cannot be used. I did NOT receive the product I specifically ordered which is the product number on the listing. The listing says Xerox Solid Ink 108R00727, the same number Xerox uses directly on their website. The number on the box I received is 108R907 and the box says in bold type that it is "for use and sale in the Asia Pacific region". This is NOT the item shown in the photo. Do not use this seller; They sell products that are not intended for the US market.

I bought another brand of ink that ruined my printer. The service told me that I can only let it lapse. And now I'm finally getting a more decent print. Cartridges last a very long time.

Magenta degradation in Phaser is very fast. If I don't use the copier for about a week, magenta prints with dark and/or discolored lines. I need to print ten to fifty pages in magenta to lighten the color. This happens with yellow and blue colors, but only slightly. Attached is one of the "best" images of the magenta side after the printer was idle for a week. The longer the printer is not used, the more severe the discoloration becomes.
