This Razer product is essentially a pair of headphones built into a pair of glasses, so they're not as "smart" as some glasses with built-in displays. When you think about it, it makes sense to mix technology and fashion/utility together to create a hybrid product. I think as technology advances and society becomes more comfortable with it, eventually it will be in all kinds of products, including the things we wear. like glasses and clothes (mostly which they already have). These glasses behave exactly like Razer headphones (in terms of Bluetooth connectivity), when you open the glasses for the first time you will hear a voice saying "pairing". By connecting the glasses to your smartphone or other device, you can download the Razer Audio mobile app (for iOS and Android). Here you can configure various settings, e.g. B. activate the low latency mode, among other things. Automatically turns off Bluetooth to save battery drain when not in use. The sound quality is better than I thought, more in ear level than a big driver, in ear headphones but still good enough, to enjoy music. The advantage is that you can hear the surrounding sounds much better than with normal headphones. . In fact, they are much thicker than a normal pair with a style similar to this one. It's not uncomfortable or difficult for me to wear, and I wear regular glasses all the time, so I think I'll notice. They are charged using a special USB cable that connects to the contact pads on the underside of the temples. The cable is Y-shaped as it connects to both arms of the glasses. The cable is well made and braided so with good care it shouldn't break. Not sure if Razer sells this cable themselves or not, but I hope they do. The kit includes two sets of lenses, one is clear to block blue light, and the other is regular sunglasses with tinted lenses. I just wish the tinted lenses were a bit darker, but otherwise both are good. You can get RX lenses from certain company if you want to carry them and need RX lenses like me, the price seems affordable too. Changing lenses is relatively easy if you follow the instructions on the Razer website. You click on a certain spot and they just slide out of the frame. This is a great product from Razer and probably one of the best glasses/headphones you can get at this price point. I don't know if I would wear them all the time or not, they look neat but also a bit unnecessary. If they could do something else besides headphones, then they would be much more attractive in my opinion. In its current form it is quite difficult to justify the price of this product (in my opinion and personally). the price also seemed affordable.
