As a result of my tests, I determined that these shoes provide ample support and cushioning for outdoor runs on various terrains. They are super lightweight and ventilated so my daughter's feet stay comfortable and dry during her most intense workouts. The only drawback is that they may not fit as well for wider feet. Overall, a great investment for any active girl!
