I've only used this bag once and it lasted a very long day with a decent amount of stuff in it. I love how thin it is - it held everything I needed (2 water bottles, snacks, wipes, toiletries, bulky knee pads, etc) but sat close enough to my back to not get in the way or hit anyone disturb huge crowd when i moved, turned or moved. I've also seen hundreds of people with this backpack throughout the day (Women's March) so it seems like a great option for a moderate activity for one or two people.
