The ease of use, how quickly we were able to get up & running within days after signing contract (and being approved!). We have been very happy so far! I couldn't think about any downsides at all - but if there are things that could be improved upon this hasn’t come across yet either in terms of functionality or support from TeamViewer etc when needed. Very quick turnaround time for getting set-up as well as training staff / management team using system. I love that everything is in one place and easy to navigate through. The price is very reasonable for what you get. We have been able to better organize our schedule and keep track of workouts. It's also easier to add new members as well. There isn't much that we dislike about the software. If you are looking for an all-in-one solution, this is perfect! We've been able to streamline our scheduling process by having everything in one place.
