Very happy with this product - don't let the price fool you, it does the job perfectly! Very easy to use and the best part is you don't need to be connected to a computer to complete the scan! So far I've tried 35mm slides and negatives and got excellent results. When using, please use the included cleaning stick to regularly clean the lamp on the base of the device! Also, don't let the screen image make you think you have a bad picture - the quality after downloading to your computer is excellent. The device does not allow you to scan directly to a computer, you must use an SC card or internal memory, but the included USB cable allows you to connect to a computer and copy images directly - this is explained in the Instructions not fully described. Side note: I've only had it for a few days - so far so good.
