I have very calloused feet. I bought one earlier and it still worked, but I wanted a backup when the other one failed. I use this about every third day. Do not press it too hard against your leg during use as this will make the motor run too hard, and it is best not to press it too hard against your leg. Put a towel under your foot because if you have a lot of calluses you will have a lot of white spots on your feet. I would buy again.
