This is the second. The handle that spins the reel keeps breaking. No, I don't apply strong pressure, yes I know how to handle it. I love it differently and I think I will continue to buy them. Do not press it too hard against your leg during use as this will make the motor run too hard, and it is best not to press it too hard against your leg. I love this article! I can't understand people who say it can't be done? You must use it on completely dry feet and of course you should not use lotion before use. I have very very dry feet and some calluses which can be painful. Five minutes on each foot, once a week with this thing, and my legs look and feel better than ever!
