I DON'T UNDERSTAND what people say when they say it doesn't work. To be honest I can't think of what they're doing wrong or they just have a bad block. I got this for Christmas, it was first on my list and everyone who was in the house over the holidays left very soft feet! I would buy extra rollers if you have really bad feet but even after about 5 hours of use on many different levels of foot injuries they still work great! This is a must read for anyone with rough feet like me, I HATE feeling rough on my feet and I've been like this since I was a child. I paid way too much money for a pedicure, this item eliminates that expense and more. Perfect for people who are constantly on their feet as well as those who are very active and need to wear tight-fitting shoes like tennis shoes when exercising or running!
