I was a little nervous because one of the edges of the box was damaged. Luckily the candles were in good condition. Everything was well packed inside. I really wish there was a more detailed guide although I was able to go back to Amazon for battery information. These candles are very pretty and bright. I put them in my windows and they look real, especially on the flicker settings. I found it odd that one mount on the back of the suction cup was white plastic and the other 13 were metal. I use gold candle holders anyway so that won't be a problem for me. The bottom of my windows curves a bit which causes the candles to recline a bit due to the height of the candle holder. Be careful not to push the candle too far into the holder, otherwise the screw part can get stuck there. The remote control was easy to use. I set a 6 hour timer but all my candles went out at the right time except for one. I had to get pretty close to turn it off with the remote. Overall I would recommend them as they are really beautiful.
