I normally wear size 6, so I ordered a small, which was way too small and tight. So then I ordered a medium, which is also too small and tight. The large worked perfectly. There is a drawstring so I was able to adjust it perfectly to fit in my waist. I love the liner so I don’t have to wear a swimsuit bottom under my swim shorts at all.
