We have a lot of iron in the water here in the outback, and this jug with the Brita filter system makes the water tangible. Remove iron! I used to avoid drinking water because I just don't like the taste, but this easy-to-use filter and jug combo is easy to use, and best of all, the water tastes great now! There is no disgusting iron taste at all. My tea tastes better, I drink water from a pitcher for my dogs and cats. And one more thing: Clean, pure-tasting water has motivated me to drink more water every day, which is good.
