This is a really cute drone. If you're looking for a drone that shoots decent video, doesn't break the bank, offers some of the features found in more expensive drones, and is a lot of fun to fly, then this is the drone for you. The support is great (they actually called me back when I called them with a question), some extra parts (props) are included, the batteries last long, the controller is beefy and stable, the app is intuitive and it is one Drone I would let your friends fly if they want to because it's so easy to fly. One piece of advice: you MUST register this drone in the US. However, it is a quick and easy process that only costs $5. In fact, you don't even need to own one to sign up, as any additional drones you receive after getting your number will fall under the same number. Download the Kitty Hawk LAANC Approval App from the FAA for fast approval to fly in controlled airspace. Most permits only take a minute or two to obtain. The good thing is that most of the airspace is NOT controlled so you can go as far as the 400 foot limit without violating FAA rules. In all cases, situational awareness is key. I have uploaded a video of the flight and unpacking. It's a little muddled as the flight video is in the middle of unboxing, but it doesn't detract from the content in any way. One more thing: This video is NOT in maximum resolution. Raven can't take it! The file is too big. I believe quantity is good when it comes to information. Enjoy!
