I had to return this laptop TWICE
We ordered this laptop for our teenage daughter who liked its small size and cute looks, as well as a previous good experience with HP. Unfortunately, it always switched itself off spontaneously without being able to switch it on again. After spending a few hours with HP customer service and being told the model needed a new driver, we sent it back thinking we had just received a bad model. No, I ordered the same laptop and had the same problem. So it's coming again. Huge disappointment from HP.
