Fantastic Laptop for Computing on the Go

After trying this laptop, I am extremely impressed with its speed, Bluetooth capability, and overall design. The lightweight design makes it great for travel and the long battery life allows me to work on-the-go without worrying about losing power .The only downside is that the storage capacity is not as large as other laptops in its class but it is still sufficient for my needs. I had to return this laptop TWICE

We ordered this laptop for our teenage daughter who liked its small size and cute looks, as well as a previous good experience with HP. Unfortunately, it always switched itself off spontaneously without being able to switch it on again. After spending a few hours with HP customer service and being told the model needed a new driver, we sent it back thinking we had just received a bad model.
