that buying a set of blades would be a great way to try out many blades without having to fill in your own.
As with all shaving, the usefulness of razor blades depends a lot on your skin, the razor, arm weight, etc. For me, these blades work perfectly. I've used Astra blades in the past but Lords seem to be a little more slippery. I seem to prefer regular stainless steel over a platinum coated blade (the Astra has it too) so they work really well. However, it's worth repeating that buying a set of different blades is a great way to try out a variety of blades without having to fill your first-aid kit with useless items.
