We ordered a white gold ring for work so her regular ring would not be lost or damaged. Unfortunately, a rose gold bracelet was sent to us. That's enough for a replacement, but there are also scratches and scrapes on the ring. I don't know if this was a refurbished item or if it just wasn't polished due to the way it was made, but my wife wasn't thrilled with it. Because of this we decided to return the money. I believe that not only was the order mixed up, but the quality was poor. I understand it was a working ring but still expect a little higher quality than this when buying jewelry.
