I love that it's so simple yet very robust! It has everything you need in one place & at my fingertips all day long when working from home or remote location (which we do). There are some things about this software which could be improved but nothing major - just minor tweaks here n there as they develop new features/improvements over time. The support team have been fantastic throughout our relationship using xcrm-helpdesk@xenonsoftware com. They're always quick witted and responsive whenever needed. We've used Xeno on several projects now since 2013 / 2014 timeframe through 2017 onwards. Our main focus was data collection of leads via various channels including social media platforms such as LinkedIn etc.; then managing these contacts within Salesforce Marketing Cloud account where contact details were stored.
