I frequently purchase kitchen and home goods online, so I was eager to try GoodtoU, which was billed as a "one-stop shop" for all of my requirements. My interactions with the business, however, have been utterly unsatisfactory. First of all, it was difficult to browse the cluttered website. Even when I did, the options were few and uninspiring, and it took me a long time to discover what I was looking for. Additionally, the prices were higher than those I could discover elsewhere for comparable goods. I still made the risky decision to purchase a few things, but the shipping experience was awful. When my items did eventually arrive, they were damaged and improperly packaged, and the estimated delivery date kept getting postponed. Even worse, when I attempted to contact customer support for assistance, I was greeted by obnoxious and unhelpful representatives who didn't seem to care about my issues. Overall, GoodtoU was a loss of time and money in my opinion. I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone, and I'll most certainly be doing business with someone else in the future. Don't fall for the marketing gimmick; GoodtoU is anything but a "one-stop shop" for all your kitchen and household needs.
