Yes, this "case" works with Magic Keyboard - why? Because it is the cardboard thickness of the cheapest plastic. Remember those little report cover tips? The same (perhaps a little less flexible) kind of cheap cheap plastic. It's definitely not going to last long. If they used thin silicone and the same layout, it would at least offer some protection. I doubt this plastic will withstand a fall let alone protect your iPad. The "sleeve" doesn't even cover the entire side of the iPad, but ends abruptly with sharp corners. The only reason it gets one star is because I love how it holds the handle in place, but then again, with the cheap plastic, it's likely to break within weeks if not days. If you are looking for a protective case in case you disconnect your iPad from Magic Keyboard, this is a mistake. If you are looking for a casual case, forget it. If this product was $10 maybe it would be worth the pen holder feature - MAYBE.
