Not very good hair care
I will return them. I ordered 18" extensions. What I received was very thin and messy. I measured it and the longest hair was about 15-16 inches. However, there were few hairs of this length. Most of the volume in them is much shorter than my hair. On closer inspection they don't look very real. For some reason they contained a small bun of bright orange hair that was 18" long.
