Easy to use, best for spa and relaxation treatments
After receiving this I put it in the freezer for 10 minutes and used it after my physical therapy session for hip and shin bursitis. It was great to roll it up and down my thigh with just the right amount of pressure you can handle and stayed cold for 15 minutes. It's better than holding an ice pack or using a tennis ball or rolling pin. He has a good grip. Didn't find any problems or leaks. would recommend.
