I have a MeanWell NES-350-12 power supply and I couldn't figure out how much load I was putting on it because I added additional 12V components like motors, fans, etc. to my device .added light emitting diodes. Project. The mictuning display allows me to add multiple components and measure their actual stress, eliminating nasty overloads. It helps. It's not entirely clear in the instructions that the order in which you connect the display is critical. 1) wire in shunt. Just a shunt, no cables to the display. 2) Turn on the (Project?) block. 3) Turn off the device. 4) Cable to display. 5) Turn on the device. If the display is not working, unplug the power cable from the display, check all other cables on the display, reconnect the power cable, and tighten the locking screw. He has to work. mine does. Hope that helps.
