Review on 🐾 Extra Small BooBooLoon Inflatable Pet Recovery Collar - Ideal Size for Pets by Johanna Romero

Revainrating 2 out of 5

As long as it's on, it's great. The problem is that it stays on!

First of all I would like to say that I bought the Comfy Cone and Pro-Collar prior to this purchase. The Comfy Cone is comfortable for her, but she is limited by only being able to see what is in front of her - restricted vision but very comfortable. The pro-collar looked uncomfortable because it's so full and stiff. She was also able to reach her injured hind leg. MISTAKE! Then I happened to see the Bubulun collar. Bought a large collar for my 50lb Labrador X. She has a broad chest, thick neck, long legs and a small head with a labrador face. I think this is the perfect size for her 19 inch neck. If he was a little taller, she would have tripped over him. If I got smaller she would definitely get at her hind leg. Seems very comfortable, super light. and has a 360 degree view.As instructed, only inflated to half its true sauce to ensure it closes and is comfortable. Unfortunately, the velcro straps aren't very secure and he was able to grab her paw and twirl around until she let go (she found out after a few days). I wrote to the manufacturer and asked them to use either rivets or zip ties to ensure it wouldn't come loose. Anything that makes it 100% safe makes this collar perfect. I look forward to your reply. Hopefully they can make this small improvement to make their product the best collar out there in terms of comfort and performance. The hard plastic Elizabethan cone she was originally given is probably the most effective, but definitely the most uncomfortable! I think boobooloon could be just as effective if it could be locked securely.
