Review on JBL Black Reflect Bluetooth Headphones by Cassie Marie
Poor headphones and worst customer service
These headphones didn't deliver good sound quality and stopped working a few months out of warranty (charged but not turned on) called JBL customer service and after running them. I was told they wouldn't change but they offered a 20% discount on a new pair. Very disappointed and suggest finding another pair of headphones if you don't want to waste your money.
