Yes, I love this photoconductor. I didn't read the instructions so I turned it upside down. Pull it out (it's stuck) and put it back in. Put the cartridge back in and print, only then having to read the instructions to reset the blinking "Replace Photoconductor" light (this is on the E250DN) worked like a charm. Any hardware that can withstand this kind of abuse is fine. Oh, and the insane E250DN works like a charm after 5 years and 27,000 pages (the blinking drum light comes on when 10% life is left). I can't even justify replacing it with a shiny new printer. Read the instructions. The sheet also has a reverse side.
