Lexmark OPC Drum Kit

Great Product! The printer gave us an error message and installing this kit did the trick! This should continue for another 2 years.

right part. in Printers and Accessories

Printer works like new. The trick is to reset the page counter. You need to click the checkmark and walk together when turning on the printer to get to the desired reset page count menu. The printer has been working great ever since.

Pros
  • Fast Exchange
Cons
  • Sad Hardware

As usual with Lexmark.

Quality items and they stand by their products. I've been using their printers for over 15 years, they work and work. If you receive a bad cartridge (perhaps the way it was treated) they send a replacement without the grill. Solid support.

Pros
  • Office Supplies
Cons
  • Damaged

Don't bother buying this item

Very Disappointed. This product is clearly used. I have checked the website to make sure it is a refurbished product and the website does not say it is used. The box has been opened and no attempt has been made to properly reseal or repackage the product. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money by shopping at Staples

Pros
  • Office Electronics
Cons
  • Very Expensive

Compensate for my stupidity

Yes, I love this photoconductor. I didn't read the instructions so I turned it upside down. Pull it out (it's stuck) and put it back in. Put the cartridge back in and print, only then having to read the instructions to reset the blinking "Replace Photoconductor" light (this is on the E250DN) worked like a charm. Any hardware that can withstand this kind of abuse is fine. Oh, and the insane E250DN works like a charm after 5 years and 27,000 pages (the blinking drum light comes on when 10% life…
