Upgrade After 26 Days Ownership: Save $17 guys. You get what you pay for. This is a great solution if you don't want to get an irreparable hole within a month of receiving the product. Pay extra dollars and get a foam block. Original Review: I highly recommend the starter block, while it may not be perfect, it's a big upgrade over the pillow set. To inflate it quickly you can always use the air compressor that comes with a cheap pump, which was nice because I didn't want to hobble to the garage to get an air compressor. I'm having ankle surgery this month and not sure if it will hold my foot in place like some molded foam products can, but for less than $20 it's fantastic value.
