The monitor is clear and easy to mount on the stand. The ports on the back are hard to reach and hard to find, at least initially. Not ergonomic at all. The touchscreen function has not yet been tested. The monitor comes with a USB upstream cable which is wider than normal USB. It doesn't fit into any port on my computer or USB hub. I have no idea what that entails. I ordered adapters of all kinds, USB A, USB B, USB C, and after a career in software development, I was one of the first people in the US to own both a PC and a Macintosh, and was a computer user when the IBM 360 one took up space the size of my living room and I can finally say that modern technology has beaten me. Dell documentation is useless and support is really non-existent. I will return to HP in the future. At the moment I don't know what the touchscreen feature does or if it works at all.
