I love this bag! I didn't even know it included a cute pom pom! It's not as big as it might seem, but still big enough for a small laptop or Chromebook. There is a strong but removable bottom panel to maintain the rectangular structure. Inside is a flap for a laptop and then space for other accessories, notebooks, bags etc. Outside there is a thin zipped pocket and then a small open pocket for a phone or similar. The headphone cable hole is a nice touch if you need it.
