The product is faulty in some way, I definitely won't buy it again.

This is not a Pods killer, but xiaomi's next model of wireless ears is 2 times more expensive, and Pods are 4 times more expensive, so as a state employee, it's normal if you have extra nerves to fight the connection.
Addition: wearing comfort improved after replacing the ear pads with small ones (were included) / the quality of the connection is not ice, if it's noisy around, the interlocutor will hear all this noise, but not you.
I love xiaomi but this is a total disappointment.

Addition. Sold and happy =) I took Air2 s from the same xiaomi. They are better in terms of connection, but they fall out of my ears (earbuds) in terms of quality, they are far from marshals. In short, in terms of convenience and versatility, airpods 2 pro are invincible, but in terms of sound, Marshall mid is a champion.

Pros

The size, shape, dimensions, quality of materials for their money is also good.

Cons

1 The left ear is constantly lost, dancing with a tambourine has ceased to help, now only the left or right ear works separately, hard reset has stopped working. 2 It may not connect well with devices with the old Bluetooth format (I only connected the right one to the beech and with terrible wheezing) 3 There is no possibility to switch the track from the ears 4 annoying lack of an additional charging indicator on the smartphone 5 are not displayed as headphones, so you need to download an equalizer for them, otherwise there is little bass.
