This is a great product. It's durable and fits my 200mm x 200mm mounting holes on my TV. how to properly install and use the mount. The mount itself is 5 stars, but I took a star off because the attachments are very tight at the pivot points on the arm, particularly the point closest to the TV. I have to move my arms back and forth for about 15 minutes for the joints to loosen up enough to stand up and another 10 minutes for them to be relaxed enough to be used. that it could break out of the wall or out of the back of the TV if I don't counter-resist in the direction I want to move my hand. the box is very tight. All in all this is a great product. see no matter where I am in the room. I installed a 24 inch tv on it and use it in my gym. Whether I'm on a treadmill across the room, on a bike in the middle of the room, or on a rowing machine near the TV, I can see the screen with ease. I would buy it again if I ever need to install another small TV.
