I love how these shorts make my hips sweat when exercising. HOWEVER.I usually finish off my jog with 40 sit-ups. The first day I did them while wearing the shorts (on carpet -- not even a hard surface), I felt an irritation - almost painful, as my backside rolled over the seam. I figured it just took getting used to. But the second day, it was really painful to do sit-ups. I looked in the mirror, and sure enough, the seam had rubbed the skin raw on the area either side of the bottom of my spine! It's a week later and there's still a substantial scab, though the swelling has gone down. It's a very weird design having a horizontal/curved seam across the back - it's prevents pretty much any exercise done while on your back.
