I bought this product to prevent electromagnetic pulses in the ear canal, which is very bad, almost as bad as using a cell phone or "Bluetooth" device directly on the skull, which causes swelling (of the ear canal ) leads ), does not talk about cancer. The headset worked as intended, but did not crumble, spare parts are not sold. My second set suddenly broke, the rep I emailed sent me a black headset same day which I also find prettier than the white headset, and this after Revain took back the broken set for a full refund would have. This separate company from "Revain" seems serious about keeping customers happy, even at their own expense. I highly recommend buying from this seller excellent customer service.
