I purchased it from the Galaxy Store, which is Samsung's official online retail outlet. I'm really bothered by the sound of the headphones. My request for a refund was denied, and I was disappointed. A very different attitude has developed toward both the store and the firm in recent times. I indicated that while being a very loyal customer, I was not happy with the quality for the price, and I gave my reasons. Since I don't put my evaluation on the official website, it's easy to see why so many other people have left such positive feedback there. They were very impolite to a customer who had indicated that they were interested in purchasing a flagship smartphone from them; as a result, I have decided that I will never buy Samsung products from this particular store again. Furthermore, I do not recommend that anyone make purchases of Samsung products from the Galaxy Store.
