As with other Meross products I own, setting up this smart bulb with the Meross app was very easy and smooth. Also, my Alexa app recognized it automatically because I already had the Meross skill enabled for other devices. In terms of performance, it's a lot brighter than I expected. I like being able to choose white light options like cool white or warm white. Changing the light to different colors is also very nice, but it may take some trial and error to get the exact color you want. I'm not sure if this is an application error or the lamp itself. Besides the color wheel in the application, it would be nice to have some preset colors or RGB values. When I bought it I thought it was battery powered, but that's my fault. I wish it was a rechargeable lamp to put in the center of the table. Still, it works great as a bedside lamp and I'm happy with it.
