I take a deep bath and I love bathing! However, I have to admit that sometimes even with my natural upholstery it can get a little rough and the older I get the more I appreciate comfort. So I bought this to sit on well soaked. Works perfectly. It floats because it's waterproof. But it's a very convenient size - it's easy to put it in the right place while swimming. Then I hang it up to dry but lean it against the back of the tub. I tried other pillows that were too big. This one is spot on. There are holes in the pillow which also help with drying and comfort. There are molded tabs on the back of the pillow which I think help keep it in place, but my weight is enough to keep it in place. I always update my reviews when new information seems useful.
