Lavender is my sleep scent, relaxing and essential for a healthy night's sleep. I soak my sheets and pillows in lavender essential oil every night and even take it with me when I travel. I wanted my bedroom to be scent filled, but I can't use traditional diffusers because I have cats and I'm concerned about airborne droplets that can be toxic to them (cats lack certain enzymes needed for metabolism of some essential oils - 100% pure). Lavender essential oil is considered safe if proper precautions are taken). I think I found a solution with this diffuser. Its fan provides enough air movement to deliver the scent you want (safely), but you need to keep it close - it doesn't smell in a large room, but I keep it close to me on my bedside table (see image for distance) and i use it while i watch tv in bed and found it great for unwinding before bed so i added it to my routine. Another plus is that it's small enough to take with you when you travel - a plus for me!
