Cheap and clearly used

Pretty color, very soft, but super cheaply made and not worth almost $40. It’s not even worth $20. Most of the stitching looks like it was done inside out - truly, I think the interior tag was put on the wrong side. Also, it was obviously someone’s used sweater because as I went to try it on, a scrunchie with someone’s hair tangled in it fell out.
