This is the second Windows 10 tablet that I own. The first was NuVision's 11.6-inch draw tablet with 32GB of storage, 2GB of RAM and a 1080p display. R.A.M. More importantly, I wanted something lighter and more portable. Also, I wanted a tablet that I could use for work, so I needed Windows and wanted a non-Bluetooth keyboard case as an option. If you have the right expectations for this type of device, even 32 GB of storage and 2 GB of RAM are doable for Windows 10. Other than that, it's a big improvement over my previous device. The extra RAM makes the performance smoother. The repository makes running Windows updates less painful and also allows you to add a Linux partition. I installed Fedora. The size and weight make it ideal for travel. The Nuvision was heavy like a laptop and heavy to hold like a tablet. I can easily hold and read this tablet in one hand. The gameplay is very similar to the Revain Fire HD10. The screen is not HD but clear. It's easy to read on. The comics look good. The only downside is that it's very reflective. So I often adjust the brightness to the situation. The touch screen responds. There are no complaints. I miss the pressure-sensitive stylus with palm deflection. But that wasn't a priority. Battery life seems pretty good, but after being home all day I didn't really test the numbers. The biggest disadvantage of the tablet is the built-in speakers. at maximum volume they are hardly audible. I already had one of these little speakers: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01NAFNT1M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 They are good for sound amplification. As for installing Linux, once again understand that this is a light machine. This will automatically boot from the live USB. To get into the BIOS, you need to connect a keyboard and press ESC or DEL. I couldn't get it to boot into GRUB. Instead, I entered the BIOS and the final screen gave me boot options to enter Fedora. I couldn't get the touchscreen to work. I bought this tablet based on the combination of size, specs and price. Anything cheaper and you're compromising storage and RAM. Even more expensive, and you compromise on size and weight.
