Exactly as advertised. Received my four and hand washed them, hung them to dry on the 'mug tree' at work, came back the next day and one was gone (I think it's so attractive). I'm sure it will show up again, but for now I'm enjoying the other three. I bought them because I had good quality glass bottles (I prefer glass over metal for these things) BUT one of the double wall glass bottles blew up on me while washing. Metal doesn't do that, so when you think glass, think about it. It offers perfect space for a shot of espresso. It would be nice if it was a bit bigger to accommodate a double shot, but that's not their fault; the product is exactly as advertised.
