I've been complaining about tongue pain on the sides of my teeth the last few dentist visits and every time they tell me they can't find anything like a sharp tooth or a bad filling Because it. They asked if I grind my teeth in my sleep and I replied that I hadn't in years. I went home and spoke to my wife and she told me that I grind my teeth almost every night! I bought this product to see if it would help and it really does. I'm not sure if the Guardian is protecting my tongue (I doubt it a little) or just shaping awareness in my sleep that I'm not consuming. I don't care what it is, I just don't feel any pain after a few nights in it.
