Cannot recommend RM4C mini. Maybe it's defective, but I don't know. After working with the device for more than an hour, following and repeating the instructions several times, deleting the BroadLink app and reloading the app - no change, no luck! I called BestCon North American Tech Support for help. I guess they didn't care. The website listed the North American tech support number I called, but all I got was a recording telling me something in a foreign language I couldn't identify - that's tech support to you. At the moment I am very, very disappointed! I don't like giving negative reviews, but my experience today dictates a negative review. I will definitely send the BestCon RM4C mini back. I will not get another one because if I ever need tech support, this has been demonstrated to me by their own website and phone number, tech support doesn't exist…. At least nothing I could achieve.
