It really helps my wrist and I love the fact that it's waterproof. I have noticed that after wearing it for a long time, the tip of the thumb becomes numb. I don't know if it's because of the part you put your thumb in or not. Not sure if the magnets do anything and you have to be careful when putting it on and taking it off as the magnets will try to get out.
