Loved it, but didn't realize the gap in the dual blade allows food to get stuck in the gap without being cut, so you have to get back to business quicker. I bought it with the intention of recreating the chopped experience. Maybe I didn't pay enough attention to the fact that it's herbs and some veggies. (One blade cuts the end and the other can be the target, but that didn't work out the way I was hoping for my needs. Also, I wanted something in the packaging to keep this knife in. where I could store it , it wouldn't pose any potential hazard. My husband cut his hand between the blades while cleaning it, so if you buy it, maybe buy one of those sponges at the end of the stick
